Hey, I think you could do the same manually, u see i think what this does is it unloads all the power from your pc given the time, but what if you instead shut down the pc and hold the power putton subbsys 15 seconds this should manually unload all the power from the pc.

You are able to access the internet through Wifi but are unable to connect to the Ethernet via cable. Record log shows a Windows update failed on 27th Oct. Held power button down for seconds.
This is what you can do. A possible “Heads up! Your other post is just pointing me to stuff I’ve already done not trying to be rude — I appreciate any help. Just had to try using a different port to get back up and running. Unplug the cable from the port and plug dv into another port to see whether the problem resolves.
